Krantiveer Vasantrao Narayanrao Naik Shikshan Prasarak Sanstha’s Arts and Commerce College, Dindori has been providing quality education to tribal and rural students of Dindori tahsil for last two decades. The institute works in tune with the  vision statement  ‘Duritanche Timir Jawo’ which means ‘Let the darkness in the lives of the downtrodden disappear’.  To bring the vision and mission of the institute in reality the management started the college for socially and economically marginalized sections of the society. The best infrastructure, well qualified staff innovative teaching and learning methods and student -centric activities organized in the college have helped in creating distinct identity of the college in the district. Considering the need of skill-based education, the college started skill based advance diploma courses with the financial assistance from University Grants Commission. The skill based advance diploma and certificate courses help in training the students in multiple skills to enhance their employability and entrepreneurship skills.  The faculty takes special efforts for the holistic development of the students by organizing a lot many co-curricular and extra-curricular activities. . The activities organized throughout the academic year help in developing the  personality , communications skills, interview techniques and presentation skills, creative and critical thinking  of the students. The sincere efforts are taken to make the students responsible citizens and imbibe in them the social and moral values and sensitize them towards gender equity, human rights and dignity, , social inclusiveness , constitutional values and environment awareness. The educational institutes are the centres of human resource development and can bring necessary transformations in the society. Therefore, the management, principal, the faculty and administrative staff collectively work for the holistic development of the students.
